That has simply traditionally been how QtV has been registered, as the actual answers themselves may be too long to properly fit in the report and the fear that shortening them may leave out important nuance. In the specific case of the two questions asked in this session, a shortening of the answers would be no to my remaining Deputy Speaker, and that no action is required in terms of the Nollandish capital.
